El saxofonista tenor Enric Peidro cuenta con una larga y sólida trayectoria musical en el campo del jazz clásico y es sin duda uno de los músicos españoles más sólidos y respetados en el panorama. Peidro ha recibido excelentes críticas a sus trabajos en gran cantidad de medios especializados, destacando su gran conocimiento del lenguaje del saxo tenor clásico. El saxofonista alcoyano es uno de los referentes del Jazz clásico dentro y fuera de nuestras fronteras.
Bajo el nombre de Enric Peidro Swingtet, reúne a un excelente grupo de músicos internacionales que convierten esta formación en una de las más demandadas y respetadas en la escena de jazz clásico nacional. El Swingtet bebe del inmenso legado de la era del Swing pero su intención se aleja de la nostalgia de museo o la recreación nota por nota de arreglos o versiones de la época. Todo lo contrario, firmemente enraizados en la tradición, la intención de este potente sexteto es la interpretación contemporánea, imaginativa y creativa, de la música que les apasiona.
Una elegante puesta en escena, un directo electrizante y un entusiasmo contagioso, hacen del Swingtet una experiencia musical que no deja indiferente a nadie y cuyos conciertos no olvidan fácilmente los amantes de la música y el baile.
The tenor saxophonist Enric Peidro has a long and solid musical career in the field of classical jazz and is undoubtedly one of the most solid and respected Spanish musicians on the scene. Peidro has received excellent critiques of his work in a large number of specialised media, which have invariably highlighted his great knowledge of the classical tenor sax.The saxophonist from Alcoy is one of the benchmarks of classical jazz within and beyond spanish borders.
Under the name of Enric Peidro Swingtet, he brings together an excellent group of international musicians that makes this formation one of the most demanded and respected in the spanish classical jazz scene. The Swingtet gets inspiration from the immense legacy of the Swing era but its intention is far from the nostalgia of museum or recreation note by note of arrangements or versions of the time. Actually, firmly rooted in tradition, the intention of this powerful sextet is the creative, imaginative and contemporary interpretation of the music they are passionate about.

REVERENT JUKE

Nacida en 2015 de la colaboración entre el arreglista Mathieu Najean y el bailarín Sep Vermeersh, Reverent Juke tiene sus raíces en la era dorada del swing.
Con una sección rítmica explosiva construida sobre el swing de la batería de Tom Lambrecht, el bajo copado de bounce y la voz de Andrew Bolton y las cuerdas salvajes de Renaud Crols, Reverent Juke prende fuego al swing con sus tres vientos, Martin Bolton en el clarinete, Olivier Faber en la trompeta y Mathieu Najean al saxo, atizando a golpe de pulmón las llamas de sus instrumentos hasta que acaban hechos cenizas.
Es una banda de swing potente al tiempo que muy versátil, que puede ir desde el jazz tradicional y de estilo Nueva Orleans, hasta la esencia del estilo de los años 30, pasando por el swinging y el “bluesin' fifties”.
En 2019 lanzaron We Are The Juke, su primer álbum, compuesto por 12 canciones de puro swing.
Nacida en Gante, criada en Bruselas, la Reverent Juke es asidua a los eventos de Lindy Hop en toda Europa.
Born in 2015 out of the collaboration between the arranger Mathieu Najean and the dancer Sep Vermeersh, Reverent Juke has its roots in the golden era of swing.
With an explosive rhythm section built on the swinging drums of Tom Lambrecht, the bouncing bass and singing of Andrew Bolton and the wild stride of Renaud Crols, Reverent Juke sets the swing on fire with its three blowers, Martin Bolton on clarinet, Olivier Faber on trumpet and Mathieu Najean on reeds, blowing their horns on the fiery flames till they drop.
They are a badass and very versatile Swing Band that can go from early and New Orleans jazz, to the essence with hard swinging 30's style, all the way up to the swinging and bluesin' fifties.
In 2019 they released We Are The Juke, their first album, composed of 12 songs of pure swing.
Born in Ghent, raised in Brussels, Reverent Juke is now attending Lindy Hop events everywhere in Europe.

Este grupo valenciano está formado por una selección de All Stars de la nueva generación de Jazzmen de nuestro territorio. Su swing permite a sus oyentes viajar en el tiempo a los mejores clubes de los años 30, creando una atmósfera única. Buscando la mejor combinación de Swing Clásico se apoyan en el piano, la batería y el contrabajo como base rítmica, y en el trombón, la trompeta y el saxo alto para la parte melódica.
Veteranos en varios festivales nacionales de Swing, Le Dancing Pepa Swing Band fue seleccionada para participar en "The World Jam 2017", la batalla entre las mejores bandas del mundo del Swing, siendo para muchos la gran sorpresa del evento, revolucionando la pista de baile con su fuerza en el escenario, y su repertorio, adecuado y seleccionado para los bailarines.
Además de "The World Jam", Le Dancing Pepa Swing Band ha participado en otros festivales nacionales como "Winter Black Swing Festival", "Move your Bottom", "Mallorca Lindy Festival" e internacionales, como en el "Shake that lake 2016" en Ginebra. Veteranos en varios festivales nacionales de Swing, ¡están dispuestos a dar mucho de qué hablar!
This valencian group consists of an All Stars selection of the new Jazzmen generation of our territory. Their swing enables their listeners to travel back in time to the best clubs in the 30´s, creating a unique atmosphere. Seeking the best combination of Classic Swing they rely on the piano, drums and double bass as rhythmic base, and on the trombone, trumpet and alto sax for the melodic part.
Veterans in several national Swing festivals, Le Dancing Pepa Swing Band was selected to participate in “The World Jam 2017 ” the battle between the best bands in the Swing world, still for many the great surprise of the event, revolutionizing the dancefloor with their force on the stage, and their repertoire, adequate and selected for the dancers.
In addition to “The World Jam”, Le Dancing Pepa Swing Band has also participated in other national festivals such as “Winter Black Swing Festival”, “Move your Bottom”, “Mallorca Lindy Festival” and internationally, as in their recent participation in “Shake that lake 2016” in Geneva. Veterans in several national Swing festivals, they are ready to give a lot to talk about!
